About this line

The autopsy table from Preservus, the mortuary equipment line of Medica-Lab Group, anchors a range built for forensic departments, pathology units and mortuary facilities. Alongside the post-mortem table with integrated basin and mixer tap, the range covers body resting tables in fixed or foldable form, a hydraulic lift trolley and transfer trolleys with a stainless steel or a discreet leather cover.

Everything in contact with the body is AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen because it withstands repeated chemical disinfection without pitting. Accessories including perforated trays, shower heads and additional strainers are available across the range.

This mortuary equipment is manufactured today in Saudi Arabia under the ISO 13485:2016 quality system; the line started in the group's Egyptian factories in 2002 and serves hospitals, forensic institutes and municipalities.

Autopsy table specifications: the MLM-11

The MLM-11 autopsy table measures 2380 Γ— 800 Γ— 800 mm, with an AISI 304 stainless steel top, an integrated stainless steel basin and a manual mixer tap supplied as standard. A removable perforated stainless steel tray and a shower head can be added. The table is engineered for forensic and pathology departments where washing and chemical disinfection happen daily, which is why AISI 304 covers every contact surface. Tell us the room dimensions and the water and drainage points and we will confirm the fit-out.

Body resting tables: fixed or foldable

The regular body resting table MLM-12 has an AISI 304 stainless steel top plate over an electrostatic coating resistant to rust and corrosion. The MLM-13 folds for easy transport and storage and stands on rubber feet for added stability, which makes it practical where floor space is limited. Both are available 1810 or 2000 mm long, 810 mm wide and 820 mm high, and either can be fitted with the MLM-14 additional strainer in stainless steel.

Lift and transfer trolleys: mortuary equipment for handling

The MLM-21 hydraulic lift trolley is operated by hand or foot pedal, measures 2200 Γ— 800 mm, adjusts from 300 to 1600 mm in height and carries a maximum load of 250 kg, so bodies can be moved between refrigerator, table and trolley without manual lifting. The MLM-22 and MLM-23 transfer trolleys share a stainless steel structure, a removable stainless steel internal tray and dimensions of 2200 Γ— 650 Γ— 800 mm; the MLM-22 has a removable stainless steel cover on 150 mm braked castors, the MLM-23 a discreet leather cover on braked castors.

What determines the price of an autopsy table and mortuary equipment

The price of an autopsy table and the rest of the mortuary equipment depends on the model and the accessories chosen (perforated tray, shower head, additional strainer), the quantity ordered, the delivery city, the warranty and service terms, and on-site installation and connection.
