The nine-cell Preservus mortuary freezer is the freezer version of the MLM-05, the largest unit in the range, a high-capacity modular 3×3 configuration for major hospitals and forensic facilities. It runs at −10 to −20 °C with a preservation set point of −20 °C ±1.5 °C, for long-term cases such as unidentified remains, cases awaiting forensic examination or extended repatriation timelines. It is built in AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, measures 2800 × 2200 × 2400 mm, is insulated at 40 kg/m³ and takes a recommended 2.75 HP cooling unit.
Each internal cell measures 550 × 700 mm and can be customised, and each cell has a stainless steel body tray with two handles. It is rated for a working (ambient) temperature of 32 °C on a 50–60 Hz supply, with 3-phase 380 V / 50 Hz as an option. Options include multiple cooling units, a UPS alarm, a deodoriser, universal door locking and a backup cooling system that switches on automatically if a failure occurs. The same cabinet is available as a refrigerator at +2 to +8 °C. Made in Saudi Arabia under ISO 13485:2016, it is delivered, connected and temperature-tested on site with a written commissioning record.
